How to Watch the VODs (DivX format)
Browse our DivX catalog until you find a video you'd like to watch. Add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process as usual. On your receipt page, we'll give you a special link to use to download your DivX file. Open the link and your video should start to play shortly thereafter. We charge $7.95 for 3 days, $10.95 for 7 days or $14.95 for 30 days of viewing time. The DivX videos are $12.95 and play for 15 days. With either format, when your time runs out you are presented with an order screen to purchase another playback license. We never automatically re-bill your credit card!
What's the difference between Windows Media and DivX videos?
There is very little difference between the video quality or file size between DIVX and WMV. Both video types are based off the same compression format and both render very well on most modern computers. Typically, all Windows based PCs come equipped with the ability to play WMV files, while DIVX support is not standard in Window. A free codec (software required to view digital video) is available from www.divx.com. We encourage you to try each type and see which one works better for you.
